Stop at B15, cross the flyover, and see "The Salvation Army" - a church shaped like a ship as following picture taken -

Beside the Salvation Army, it is "Methodist School of Music", and "Bukit Panjang Methodist Church - The Sanctuary"
Then, walking down the flyover stairs, to the "Dairy Farm Nature Park"
I am coming ...

Taken on the flyover,

just opposite to "The Salvation Army" - seems also like a park or sth.

A sign on the road for your Direction

Which park you want ?

A sign board near to the entrance, i chose to "Singapore quarry" - a blue lake-shape on the following map

Many family members walk on this road - excercising, relaxing, enjoying ...

So many big trees you can see ...

Amazing ...

Also find a brook

Another sign, and a road to those home residence

I try this road when i came back and ...

Here also have "mountain bike trail"

I also saw many mountain bikers cycling on the mountain road

for mountain bikers...

Very easy to be here - Singapore quarry

After the road to those home houses, walking through this community, finally see the road sign - to a main road, and find what i like - Railway to Malaysia

I am walking beside the track, seeing its extending as far as to ...

Go back home - along "upper bukit timah" road, always can see such big trees - flourishing with luxuriant foliage

行走在城市 - 2

从那个表演艺术中心（见 " 行走在城市 -1 " http://ffydn2003.blogspot.com/2009/09/blog-post_5557.html）出来，路上总是看见如此之高的大厦，还有陪伴的大树。

从某个拐角，看见了这座“礼拜堂”，便拐了过来。

Chinese Methodist Church - Established 1889

看来还真是有年头了。

喜欢这木头窗棱的窗户，还有那十字架的设计。

Keep walking - 看见这座“大伯公庙”，在路的拐角边就是左边这座有着五彩窗户的房子，一楼共有4家商铺，其中最右边这家是 - Vietnamese Delight越南餐馆，可惜星期天关门大吉。

新加坡这边好像不管是大小食档、餐馆，每周必有一天是不营业的 - 不一定是星期天，有的是星期一或二或四，随餐馆自己决定。

幽幽长长、曲曲折折的小巷，在这里碰见很多学生，扛着很沉的摄像机、专业照相机 ... ...

一个公园的入口，还有指示牌。

红+绿=经典

仔细看看中间这幅窗户，旁边这扇大门 - 旁边两盆绿树守护。

白底蓝点透着浪漫，好像是一个制作名片的小店。

中间这家的窗户，还有旁边立着的那个古老的路灯...

右边这家黄色的窗棱十分抢眼。

门廊 - 每家门口总有一个信箱 - 插满各样的广告

在这儿幽静的街道，幽静的下午，一个老伯蹬着老式的三轮车经过 ...

一个回教堂 - 如童话故事里的城堡一般的屋顶

阳光洒过来 。。。

走完这趟漂亮的街的尽头，才知道它的名字，欲知请继续 “行走在城市 - 3”

行走在城市 -3

走到路的尽头，才看到这个路牌，才知道有这么多漂亮房子的街道原来是 - Amoy St 厦门街。

Marketing Institute of Singapore 也在这条街上。

很老气的门，门把都有生锈的感觉。

门廊很幽静 - 在这个星期天的傍晚。

在这儿的一家“鱼头米粉店”吃了一客鱼头米粉，让我惊异不已的是 - 这儿竟然也有我们山东人所说的 - 脂渣 - 肥肉过油炸干，泡在鱼头汤里，就着米粉，真是...无法言喻的美味，既简单又温暖，在这个热带的傍晚，吃得我大汗淋漓。

出了“Amoy street”，走到一条大路上，很快发现这栋漂亮的建筑，大红大绿永远是经典的搭档。正所谓“红花还要绿叶衬”。

所以从各个角度拍摄了n张。

在往下走，是这栋简单洁白的建筑，喜欢那白色的窗棱，还有 拐弯处的设计。

对面就是 Ministry of National Development

从Ministry of National Development 大厦往前几步路，就到了这条街，对面就是很出名的“Maxwell 熟食中心”，这里有很多好吃的摊档，而且价格实惠。

我在这儿吃了一个冰沙 $2.00，然后到对面的“佛牙寺”拜拜。
