Reading this article by one foreigner - about Nanjing snacks, just remind me those happy days and delicious food in Nanjing.
1) 韩复兴 - 鸭油烧饼 - I love the Salted flavour. Another choice is sweet one. But i never try it with "foie gras"(鹅肝酱)。 But now i don't have opportunity, at least two years.
2)马祥兴 - From my personal point of view, I think the author has made a big mistake to give up this 100-year old restaurant. I love the 蛋黄烧麦¥4.50 让我难以忘怀的喜欢。每次总是不舍得而最后才吃那个放在烧麦顶上的闪亮亮的咸蛋黄!
3) 南京大排挡 - I have never tried this, so no opinion.
But I'd like to recall my memory for some more I have been missing so much -
1)绿柳居(素食) - 菜包子,带着淡淡的甜滋滋,尤其是刚刚出炉的热乎乎的,感觉最平淡最真实的幸福也就如此了。

2) 安乐园(清真)- 菜包子、八宝粥、牛肉小笼包、干丝、各种口味的砂锅(尤其是在冬天来上一份,让你吃得畅快淋漓)。

3)金陵饭店 (快餐部)- 豆腐皮卷着各种菜(忘了叫什么名字)
4)三星糕团 - 各种口味的糕团都是我的最爱,十分喜欢这种粘粘糯糯的东西,还有扭酥 - 带有奶香味的桃酥。
。。。
最不能忘记的就是这种卖梅花糕的hawker - 热乎乎的、粘粘的糯米面包着红豆沙,上面撒上花生碎、大枣、红绿丝,¥1。
